Philly Firm Sues Former Atty Over Unpaid Fees

Law360, Philadelphia (December 4, 2013, 1:31 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania law firm sued a former attorney Monday in state court, alleging he failed to pay fees stemming from more than 200 claims he initiated while at the firm and kept after striking out to form his own private practice.

Galerman & Tabakin LLP, which has offices in Philadelphia and the suburb of Jenkintown, said Robert Bond, who left the firm in December 2011, generated 224 cases while at the firm and passed along fees for only three of them.
