DC Judge Mulls Jurisdiction In Booz Allen Age, Sex Bias Suit

Law360, Washington (December 3, 2013, 5:37 PM EST) -- A Washington, D.C., federal judge ruled Tuesday that a former Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. attorney cannot use pattern or practice evidence to prove her age and gender discrimination claims against her former employer but said he would allow her to further explore whether he has jurisdiction over the case.
