Regulators Set Volcker Rule Votes For Dec. 10

Law360, New York (December 3, 2013, 1:36 PM EST) -- Three of the regulators charged with writing the Volcker Rule on Tuesday said they will hold votes on the long-delayed rules implementing the Dodd-Frank Act's ban on proprietary trading next week.

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the Federal Reserve and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. issued sunshine notices saying they would hold open meetings Dec. 10 to unveil the much-anticipated final version of the rule.
