DC Circ. Consolidates Challenges To EPA Anti-Emission Rule

Law360, Los Angeles (December 3, 2013, 3:43 PM EST) -- The D.C. Circuit on Tuesday consolidated five challenges that the American Petroleum Institute and other energy industry organizations brought against a new U.S. Environmental Protection Agency rule designating emissions standards for oil and gas storage tanks.
