Chair Of WH Council On Environmental Quality To Step Down

Law360, Los Angeles (December 3, 2013, 10:41 PM EST) -- White House Council on Environmental Quality chairwoman Nancy Sutley will step down in February after serving in that position for five years, the White House confirmed Tuesday. 

Sutley is the second of President Barack Obama's top environmental advisers to announce their departures in recent months. Heather Zichal resigned from her role as deputy assistant to the president for energy and climate change in November and was replaced by U.S. Department of Energy official Dan Utech.
