Industry Group Sues Colo. Cities Over Fracking Bans

Law360, New York (December 4, 2013, 7:04 PM EST) -- An oil and gas industry group is challenging newly passed hydraulic fracturing restrictions in two Colorado cities, lodging complaints in state court Tuesday arguing that the measures banning the practice for at least five years are superseded by state energy regulations.
