House Dems Push DOI To Halt Arctic Oil Exploration

Law360, New York (December 4, 2013, 4:46 PM EST) -- Dozens of House Democrats urged the U.S. Department of the Interior on Tuesday to halt oil and gas leasing in the Arctic Ocean until it overhauls the rules governing the activity and takes into account the impacts it has on climate change.
