IRS E-Services Need Fine-Tuning, TIGTA Says

Law360, New York (December 4, 2013, 2:16 PM EST) -- Although the Internal Revenue Service successfully updated its system for filing individual tax returns electronically in 2013, programs to allow taxpayers to view their account information online still need to be fine-tuned, the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration said Wednesday.
