Artist's Suit Against UPS Could Head To Fla. Supreme Court

Law360, Miami (December 4, 2013, 2:56 PM EST) -- Florida's Fourth District Court of Appeal on Wednesday refused a rehearing and affirmed dismissal of an artist's claims accusing United Parcel Service Inc. of stealing and reselling two paintings she shipped with them, but also set up a Florida Supreme Court review, saying its opinion conflicts with a Fifth District ruling.
