Antitrust Advocacy Group Leader To Step Down In 2014

Law360, New York (December 4, 2013, 2:49 PM EST) -- The founder and president of the American Antitrust Institute, a leading competition advocacy group, announced on Wednesday that he would depart the organization before the end of next year.

AAI founder Bert Foer initially signaled his impending exit at the group's enforcement conference and awards dinner on Tuesday and circulated a letter to colleagues the next day to formally confirm his departure. Foer, who will turn 70 in August, assured his colleagues that the organization was in a strong enough position to withstand his absence....
