Jos. A. Bank Subpoenaed Again Over Advertising Practices

Law360, Los Angeles (December 5, 2013, 6:21 PM EST) -- Ohio's attorney general is investigating the advertising and marketing practices of Jos. A. Bank Clothiers Inc., a men's clothing retailer that has regularly drawn complaints over its pricing methods and promises of free items to customers, a Thursday securities filing said.

Jos. A. Bank received a subpoena — the details of which have not yet been disclosed — from Attorney General Mike DeWine earlier this month but hasn't yet engaged him about it, the company said in its quarterly earnings report.
