Jenner & Block Shows Partners The Door: Report

Law360 (March 6, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Law firm Jenner & Block is reportedly thinning the ranks of its partners, with at least 10 switched to non-equity status in recent weeks.

Citing unnamed sources, the Chicago Tribune said Thursday that some partners had been asked to leave the firm.

Jenner & Block Chairman Anton Valukas confirmed to Law360 Thursday that the status of certain partners had been adjusted, but refused to comment further or disclose how many attorneys were affected. Valukas said the changes were part of normal operations at the firm....
