Fed. Circ. Denies Samsung Bid For Duty-Free Plasma TVs

Law360, New York (December 6, 2013, 2:39 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit found Friday that certain Samsung International Inc. televisions imported to the U.S. from Mexico did not qualify for duty-free treatment under the North American Free Trade Agreement because they contained components made in South Korea.
