Law360, Philadelphia (December 9, 2013, 2:07 PM EST) -- The Pennsylvania Superior Court on Friday clarified standards for admitting expert testimony in product liability cases in a precedential decision upholding a victory by a Dow Chemical Co. unit over allegations that a contract employee developed brain cancer from exposure to toxic chemicals.
