Container Store Wants Customs Duties Overruled

Law360, Los Angeles (December 10, 2013, 7:07 PM EST) -- The Container Store Inc. asked the U.S. Court of International Trade to overrule the U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s classification of some of its storage unit parts, arguing Tuesday that a 2011 decision should retroactively apply to cases that are still open or being processed.
