For E-Cig Regulation, FDA To Look Beyond User Testimonials

Law360, New York (December 11, 2013, 8:36 PM EST) -- The head of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's tobacco arm said Wednesday that to regulate electronic cigarettes, the agency needs to examine whether the products reduce tobacco use nationwide, not just whether they can help individuals quit.
