Law360, New York (December 12, 2013, 5:39 PM EST) -- Several environmental groups sued the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in Florida federal court Wednesday, claiming they failed to properly consider environmental impacts when issuing a permit to Cemex SAB de CV for a large limestone mine.
