Quinn Emanuel Can't Shake Contract Atty's OT Action

Law360, New York (December 11, 2013, 6:25 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge said Wednesday that she would not toss a putative class action a lawyer brought over Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP's alleged failure to pay overtime to temp attorneys, ruling that the lawyer might be entitled to extra pay.
