Congresswoman's Suit Marks Wave Of Asbestos Cancer Claims

Carolyn McCarthy, D-N.Y., renewed the controversy surrounding allegations by longtime smokers that their lung cancer was caused by asbestos exposure, but experts say the claims are only likely to grow more popular, considering the prevalence of lung cancer in comparison to mesothelioma.
