HHS Extends Coverage For Pre-Existing Conditions

Law360, New York (December 12, 2013, 7:45 PM EST) -- Consumers with pre-existing conditions can stay enrolled a month longer in a federal program that assists them while they find other options on the health insurance marketplace, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius announced Thursday.
