Gazprom Offers EU Watchdog Antitrust Fixes

Law360, New York (December 13, 2013, 4:09 PM EST) -- Russian natural gas giant Gazprom OAO has offered the European Commission antitrust fixes in its abuse of dominance investigation into the company's conduct in Eastern Europe's gas markets, the European Union competition watchdog said Friday.

EC competition spokesman Antoine Colombani said the agency had "received proposals from Gazprom" but declined to comment further on the investigation.
