W.R. Grace Auditor OKs Counsel's $1.8M Bill

Law360, New York (March 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The auditor scrutinizing fee requests in W.R. Grace's Chapter 11 case has approved a $1.8 million invoice by counsel for future personal injury claimants against the bankrupt chemicals maker.

In its final report to the Delaware bankruptcy court, auditor Warren H. Smith recommended Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP's request be granted, saying the firm had agreed to cut a small portion of its expenses.
