Law360, New York (December 16, 2013, 2:14 PM EST) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Friday refused to review an appeals court decision that overturned a trial court's refusal to grant attorneys' fees to defendants in a Pennsylvania Uniform Trade Secrets Act case on the grounds that the claims were allegedly brought in bad faith.
