Pa. House Dems Wade Into Climate Change Debate

Law360, Philadelphia (December 16, 2013, 1:54 PM EST) -- Democratic legislators in Pennsylvania probed the impact of climate change on the state in a hearing Monday, just a week after the state’s Senate approved the nomination of a new top environmental regulator who had controversially asserted that the phenomenon posed a limited threat.
