Pa. House Dems Wade Into Climate Change Debate

Law360, Philadelphia (December 16, 2013, 1:54 PM EST) -- Democratic legislators in Pennsylvania probed the impact of climate change on the state in a hearing Monday, just a week after the state’s Senate approved the nomination of a new top environmental regulator who had controversially asserted that the phenomenon posed a limited threat.

The House Democratic Policy Committee heard testimony rebutting new Department of Environmental Protection Chris Abruzzo’s remarks that the state has done enough to combat the threat of global warming.
