Wis. Gov. Inks Bill Shifting Docs' Treatment Advice Duty

Scott Walker on Friday signed a bill that clarifies the obligation of doctors to inform patients about alternate treatments available for their afflictions, in response to a ruling from Wisconsin's Supreme Court that potentially opened the door for more civil litigation against doctors.
