Maine, Ohio Lead States In Appeals Transparency: Report

Law360, New York (December 16, 2013, 5:30 PM EST) -- Maine and Ohio have the most transparent tax appeals and administration processes in the nation, but California and Louisiana rank at the bottom, according to a scorecard released Monday by the Council on State Taxation, a group representing business taxpayers.
