Former Microsoft Exec To Oversee Fixes

Law360, Los Angeles (December 17, 2013, 5:45 PM EST) -- The Obama administration has recruited a recently retired Microsoft Corp. executive to oversee the overhaul of the Affordable Care Act's troubled enrollment website, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services said Tuesday.

Following his Monday retirement as president of the company's Microsoft Office Division, Kurt DelBene is replacing former Office of Management and Budget Acting Director Jeff Zients, who was brought in by HHS in October to review the website's glitches after its rocky rollout earlier that month.
