Panasonic Denies Infringing, Seeks Dismissal Of ITC Suit

Law360, New York (December 18, 2013, 1:40 PM EST) -- Panasonic Corp. on Monday asked a U.S. International Trade Commission judge to allow the company to exit an investigation into whether several electronics makers violated a series of media-sharing patents, saying the company does not perform activities that allegedly infringe the patents' method claims.
