Sens. Join Cry For Wind Production Tax Credit Expiration

Law360, New York (December 18, 2013, 2:00 PM EST) -- Ten U.S. senators on Tuesday joined a growing chorus of lawmakers who think Congress should let the wind production tax credit expire at the end of this year, saying in a letter to Senate Finance Committee heads that the credit has served its purpose.
