Motorola Strikes Deal With Innovatio In Wi-Fi Patent Case

Law360, New York (December 18, 2013, 5:30 PM EST) -- A federal judge on Tuesday signed off on Motorola Solutions Inc.'s settlement with Innovatio IP Ventures LLC in a closely watched case over standard-essential Wi-Fi patents where the judge set a low royalty rate for Innovatio's patents earlier this year.
