Ag Groups Say Japan's Tariffs May Undermine TPP Talks

Law360, New York (December 19, 2013, 2:25 PM EST) -- A slew of U.S. agriculture industry groups said Wednesday they would likely oppose the Trans-Pacific Partnership if a final version of the agreement didn't require Japan to eliminate tariffs on virtually all U.S. agricultural exports.
