Immigration Attorneys Sentenced In Visa Fraud

Law360, New York (March 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Two former attorneys with one of the West Coast’s largest immigration law firms were sentenced Monday in connection with a scheme in which they allegedly filed fraudulent employment visa applications on behalf of foreign nationals.
