Patton Boggs, Locke Lord End Merger Talks

Law360, Washington (December 19, 2013, 9:36 PM EST) -- Washington, D.C.-based Patton Boggs LLP and Dallas-based Locke Lord LLP have called off talks over a proposed merger after several months of discussions, the firms jointly announced Thursday, marking the third proposed major law firm merger to collapse within a month.
