Jury Clears Deere Rivals In $16M Mower Patent Suit

Law360, New York (December 20, 2013, 5:11 PM EST) -- An Iowa jury ruled Thursday that Bush Hog Inc. and other companies had not infringed Deere & Co.'s patent covering rotary cutters and that the patent was invalid, rejecting Deere's demand for up to $16 million in damages.
