Medicare Ends Sanctions On CVS Senior Drug Program

Law360, San Francisco (December 20, 2013, 6:34 PM EST) -- The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services have lifted sanctions on CVS Caremark's SilverScript Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Plan, allowing it to begin enrolling new senior beneficiaries in January after spending nearly a year fixing problems that led to the sanctions, CVS said Friday.
