Pa. Appeals Court Won't Rehear Dow Cancer-Cluster Suit

Law360, Philadelphia (January 2, 2014, 4:10 PM EST) -- The Pennsylvania Superior Court will not rehear arguments in a negligence suit seeking to hold a Dow Chemical Co. unit responsible for a cancer cluster allegedly caused by toxic chemicals, letting stand a three-judge panel’s October decision reviving the case.
