Law360, Dallas (January 2, 2014, 4:25 PM EST) -- A founding name partner and energy attorney with Looper Reed & McGraw PC left the mid-sized Texas firm Tuesday with plans to start his own practice, following ongoing disagreements with the board about the firm’s growth, according to the managing partner of what’s now Gray Reed & McGraw PC.
