Law360, New York (January 2, 2014, 12:51 PM EST) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has reached a settlement with one of two men accused of trading on inside information supplied by Hunton & Williams LLP drug patent attorney Robert Schulman, who was allegedly drunk at the time of the disclosure, according to a Monday court filing.
