FTC's Brill Steps Away From LabMD Data Security Suit

Law360, New York (January 2, 2014, 8:18 PM EST) -- Federal Trade Commissioner Julie Brill recently recused herself from a closely watched data security case against LabMD Inc., following accusations by the medical testing laboratory that references to the suit in a pair of her speeches demonstrate that she cannot render an impartial decision on the matter.
