Solar Power Wins ALJ's Favor To Meet Utility Shortfalls

Law360, New York (January 2, 2014, 8:25 PM EST) -- A Minnesota administrative law judge on Tuesday recommended a plan for utility company Xcel Energy Inc. to increase solar power sources to meet projected energy shortfalls in the coming years, choosing solar power over other proposals including Xcel's proposed expansion of its natural gas plants.
