ITC Initiates Reviews On Japan, UK Ball Bearings

Law360, Los Angeles (January 2, 2014, 4:07 PM EST) -- The International Trade Commission on Thursday said it was initiating reviews to measure the impact of revoked anti-dumping duty orders on ball bearing imports from Japan and the U.K., shifting the agency’s policy to reflect a Federal Circuit decision from May, according to a notice in the Federal Register.

The agency said it would conduct reviews to determine whether revocation of the anti-dumping duty orders on the imports would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to U.S. producers of like products,...
