DC Circ. Lifts Contraception Mandate During Church's Appeal

Law360, New York (January 2, 2014, 7:51 PM EST) -- The D.C. Circuit on Tuesday granted the Roman Catholic archbishop of Washington's bid for an injunction blocking the government from enforcing the Affordable Care Act's contraception mandate against the church pending its appeal claiming the mandate threatens religious freedom.
