Another Disciplinary Action Against Former Pillsbury Atty

Law360, New York (January 3, 2014, 6:24 PM EST) -- A former Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP lawyer was again suspended from practicing law in the District of Columbia after he failed to respond to a previous court order or follow a bar disciplinary rule, according to a recent court order.

In the most recent filing on Dec. 26, a D.C. Court of Appeals panel ordered Garland Stillwell suspended for at least 60 days, with a reinstatement "contingent on a showing of fitness."
