W.Va. Moves To Kick Out National Debt Settlement Firm

Law360, New York (January 3, 2014, 1:41 PM EST) -- The state of West Virginia on Thursday moved to block Legal Helpers Debt Resolution LLC from operating in the state, becoming the latest state to sue the debt settlement firm over allegations that it misrepresents its services to vulnerable clients.
