Neb. AG's 'Troll' Appeal Not Frivolous, 8th Circ. Rules

Law360, New York (January 3, 2014, 5:45 PM EST) -- The Eighth Circuit recently ruled that Nebraska's attorney general did not file a frivolous appeal over his order barring a law firm that represents so-called patent trolls from sending demand letters, rejecting the firm's bid to be awarded attorneys' fees for the appeal.
