Cadwalader Mints New ITC Group With 2 Ex-MoFo Partners

Law360, New York (January 6, 2014, 5:06 PM EST) -- Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP gave its patent litigation practice a major boost Monday with the addition of two former Morrison & Foerster LLP partners who will found a new International Trade Commission-centered practice in the firm's Washington, D.C., office.

Alexander Hadjis comes to Cadwalader as a partner alongside longtime colleague Kristin Yohannan, who joins as special counsel, according to the firm. Both have extensive experience arguing before the ITC.
