Pietragallo Says Client's Duties Bar Malpractice Claims

Law360, Philadelphia (January 6, 2014, 2:13 PM EST) -- Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti LLP said Thursday that a three-judge panel of the Pennsylvania Superior Court got it right when it ruled that malpractice claims brought by a former client of the firm were barred by the plaintiff’s failure to read key communications from his attorney.
