Hospital Sues Staffing Cos., Jailed Tech In Hep C Outbreak

Law360, New York (January 7, 2014, 6:54 PM EST) -- Exeter Hospital Inc. has sued the former hospital technician who was sentenced to 39 years in prison for exposing patients in 2012 to hepatitis C, as well as the staffing agencies he worked with, according to a suit removed to New Hampshire federal court Monday.
