Judge Clears Ex-Ameritox Employee's Jump To Millennium

Law360, New York (January 7, 2014, 3:44 PM EST) -- An Alabama federal judge on Monday denied Ameritox Ltd. an injunction to keep a former employee from working for a direct competitor, ruling that the pharmacist accused of violating his noncompete agreement with the company signed that document before he started working there, rendering it void.
