Law360, Houston (January 9, 2014, 5:45 PM EST) -- A legal recruiter told the Texas Supreme Court on Thursday that his former employer’s free speech rights shouldn’t prevent removal of allegedly defamatory Internet postings accusing him of bribing an associate at K&L Gates LLP to hire a job candidate.
